Guess How Many Dresses Meghan Markle Is Reportedly Going to Wear on Her Wedding Day

If dreaming about Meghan Markle’s wedding dress is preventing you from getting pretty much anything done (*slowly raises hand*), then you may want to hire a family assistant immediately.

Why, you might ask? Well, it appears that Prince Harry’s beloved plans to wear not one but two custom designer gowns on her wedding day

According to Vanity Fair, Markle is opting for two bridal looks: a formal one for the ceremony and a more dance-floor-friendly option for the reception. A source told the magazine, “She will have two dresses, one for the ceremony and another dress for the evening. The plan is for her to change after the ceremony so that she can party the night away in something glamorous and less restrictive.”

Kate Middleton did the exact same thing when she famously wore a lace Alexander McQueen gown for her 2011 wedding to Prince William and changed into another McQueen dress for the reception. Whether Markle will also follow suit on the designer front is anyone’s guess.

“Meghan can’t wait to surprise everyone, especially Harry,” the source shared. “The wedding dress itself will be traditional and elegant. There is talk of some lace and sleeves, and Meghan has been working very closely with the designer, who has been sworn to secrecy.”

As of now, Roland Mouret, McQueen, Inbal Dror, Erdem and Burberry are all front-runners in the guessing game of who’ll design Markle’s wedding dress.

Ladies, place your bets now.
