I'll say it: Traveling is fun and all, but it's also STRESSFUL. Especially the airport bit, where we have to deal with bags, passports, security lines, and making the flight on time.

But all those worries are a thing of the past for Johannes Noer, Jonas Rondan, and Fredrik Mathiesen, because their friend Rolv Ryssdal is the Airport Dad™ of the group. Johannes recently shared Rolv's duties on TikTok, where he quickly went mega-viral.

He's collecting the passports!
He's checking the flight info!

He's surveying the plane to make sure it exists, like every Airport Dad should!
He's making sure no one lost their passports!
And after it's all said and done, he finally gets a well-deserved snooze, complete with neck pillow and sleeping mask!!!
As an anxious traveler who's often forced to be her own airport parent, this is my absolute dream. And considering that that Johannes video has nearly 20 million views, I'm not the only one who feels this way! In fact, people in the comments are straight-up in love with Airport Dad:
I wanted to get the full story, so I reached out to Johannes and Rolv, who explained that they're all 20-year-olds from Oslo on a trip around the world before they start school again in August. Although everyone in their crew knows one another from school, this is their first time traveling together.
So far they've traveled to Bali (where the video was recorded), Indonesia, as well as Australia, Fiji, Costa Rica, and Colombia.
Johannes told BuzzFeed, "Rolv has always been very responsible and taken care of the whole group like a dad. I think it’s funny, so I wanted to make a video of it. We expected 10 likes or so, but it went viral, so that was a crazy morning."
He continued, "I have always seen how responsible [Rolv] is when traveling and doing things, even if it's a road trip, cabin trip, boat trip, or a visit to the zoo! I think it’s funny, and it seems like I’m not the only one."
And it's not just airports! Johannes and his friends have since shared a video of Rolv being Road Trip Dad, where he single-handedly saved them from a broken-down car.
Obviously, people are still obsessed.
Johannes told BuzzFeed that the response to Rolv and their videos has been "crazy," and it "seems surreal the amount of people wanting to marry him and be the Airport Mom, just by watching a video of him doing his thing like he always does."
When asked why he thinks so many people want to be the Airport Mom to Rolv's Airport Dad, he responded, "It seems like people really like responsible men and find it attractive."
Can confirm.
But sadly, it looks as if Airport Dad is already taken. In a statement to all his fans, Rolv said, "I’m really flattered by all the attention and nice comments I’ve gotten! It’s crazy to wrap my head around how viral the video went. However, you have to find yourself your own Airport Dad, since I’ve got my Airport Mom already, and she’s way out of my league!"

When it comes to making sure things go smoothly on their trip, Johannes said, "The best way we can help him when traveling is by doing nothing and just listening to him. He always has full control of the situation, so that’s very nice for the rest of us."
