Groomers Taking Extra Steps to Care For Rescue Husky Is a Tear-Jerker
Getting our dog to the groomer is never fun. He’ll fight us while putting on the leash. But he quickly realizes the groomers are only there to make him look even more adorable. Unfortunately, not all dogs can make that realization.
TikTok user @teeni_time's rescue dog and like with most rescues, he comes with trauma. We can only imagine how scared he must be with the clippers and a blow dryer. Luckily, these groomers took extra steps to care for this Husky and it has us in tears.

Ugh, this is too sweet that we can’t stop crying after watching this video! We love that these groomers knew to comfort this dog since he was abused in the past. They didn't have to show that they cared this much or put in the extra work. That is just proof there are amazing people in this world!

It's not always easy getting over to the groomer to give your fur baby a fresh cut. Plus, the cost can be pretty heft. So instead, you can try at-home grooming with these expert tips on how to groom your dog. Always start out with a slip-proof surface, preferably one at waist level to save you from bending down. Be patient when introducing them to the table as it might bring back fearful memories of the vet and only start grooming when the dog feels secure. Next, you'll need to find the right tools you'll need and then do a rough shave. Bathe the dog, rinse completely, and then blow-dry. The final step is the clip and cut and voila!
