Grimes is giving a rare glimpse into her life as a mom.

The Canadian singer and producer, 34, recently shared a photo of her 9-month-old daughter Exa Dark Sideræl Musk, whom she shares with her ex, South African billionaire Elon Musk. The former couple also share 2-year-old X Æ A-12 (pronounced “X Ash A Twelve”).

Musk has eight other children—10 in total. The last three, including Exa and a pair of twins he shares with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis, were born in the last year alone.

"My daughter is dancing to techno over this copy of the birth of tragedy by nietzsche — what a queen,” the “Oblivion” singer captioned a Twitter post alongside an image of baby Exa leaning over a book while wearing a pink bow on her head.

“She loves Boris Brejcha omg she’s so hardcore haha,” Grimes added.

Followers were naturally pulled into Exa’s eclectic music tastes. When a commenter asked Grimes what Exa’s favorite music is, the singer replied, “Doja cat is hilariously by her her number 1.”

Another fan cheekily asked Grimes if Exa has “dabbled” in Shakespeare yet, to which she replied, “Yes! One of her names is Princess Puck.”

The sweet moment was a rare glimpse inside Grimes' life as a mom, an area she's kept relatively private ever since revealing to Vanity Fair in March that she welcomed Exa last fall via surrogate.

"Her full name is Exa Dark Sideræl Musk," she said at the time. "Exa is a reference to the supercomputing term exaFLOPS (the ability to perform 1 quintillion floating-point operations per second). Dark, meanwhile, is ‘the unknown. People fear it but truly it's the absence of photons. Dark matter is the beautiful mystery of our universe.'"

Sideræl (pronounced "sigh-deer-ee-el”), Grimes explained, is in reference to "the true time of the universe, star time, deep space time, not our relative earth time.” It is also a tribute to her favorite Lord of the Rings character, Galadriel, who "chooses to abdicate the ring."

Though she and Musk are separated, Grimes told Vanity Fair that she still refers to him as her boyfriend, describing their relationship as “very fluid.”

"We live in separate houses. We're best friends. We see each other all the time,” she told Vanity Fair. “We just have our own thing going on, and I don't expect other people to understand it.”

"This is the best it's ever been,” she added. “We just need to be free."
