Grillo’s Pickle Bouquet is the amazing handmade alternative for Valentine’s Day

Who needs flowers on Valentine’s Day when you can have a bouquet of pickles?

If you’re looking to add a personal touch to the V-Day gift for the pickle lover in your life, Grillo’s Pickles has you covered. For the fourth year in a row, the pickle company is selling its romantic pickle bouquet kit for a cool $20.

The package includes 15 wooden skewers for the pickle “flowers” and other garnishes, tissue paper, floral filler, a card and holder, a custom label for your “vase” (an empty pickle jar) and a coupon for a free jar of Grillo’s Pickles.

In The Know‘s Nick Rudzewick gave the DIY pickle bouquet kit a try on TikTok. In addition to the pickles, Grillo recommended adding some extra garnish. So Nick included dill, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls.

“I am by no means an expert arranger, so I just kind of followed the instructions provided and tried to make it look like the picture,” Nick said. “I ended up getting a ton of enjoyment out of building the skewers.”

To create the bouquet, just chop up your veggies, put them on skewers and arrange them in the pickle jar once the tissue and base are placed in. Next, add your garnish, floral filler and card. Finally, give the unique gift to your loved one and wait for their reaction.

“If you want to give your significant other something homemade this Valentine’s Day, this is certainly one that they will never forget,” Nick said.
