Greyhound Visits Beach for the First Time and Totally Can't Hang

There is nothing as precious as your baby's firsts. Their first steps, their first taste of an ice cream cone, their first words and their first trip to the beach. And this holds true for human babies and fur babies!

The TikTok account for @Riskitallpaul recently took their gorgeous Greyhound dog for their first trip to the beach and it's adorably unhinged. Check out the following clip to see what we mean.

Awww, Paul is so confused by every aspect of this! He loves the water, but why is it so not good for napping on and why does the water keep coming in and out like that? Why is this sand so weird to run on? Why are zoomies always better at the beach? He's just too cute with how excited he is.

TikTok users have fallen in love with this gorgeous Greyhound and @Sarah exclaims, "This is the funniest thing I’ve seen a dog do at a beach and I love it." @Malrice hilariously replies, "His job is not beach, but he tried!"

Someone asked if this fun beach day took place at the dog friendly beach in Longport, and it did. Also known as also known as Somers Point Dog Beach, Malibu Beach or just Dog Beach, this dog-friendly beach is located at Malibu Beach Wildlife Management area in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The beach is located at the base of the Ocean Drive Bridge on the Longport side across from the fishing pier. Dog owners should bring their own water supply and waste disposal items.

If you are planning on hitting the beach with your own dog this summer, remember to bring their bowl and a clean water supply, watch out for signs off heat exhaustion like excessive panting or lethargy, and keep an eye out so your dog doesn't consume any sand. When sand gets wet it can solidify together and create an immoveable intestinal blockage. If your dog begins vomiting, strains to defecate, or has a lack of appetite after time at the beach, a visit to the vet might be in your best interest.

What a special first these owners got to have with their beautiful dog, Paul. He's an absolute beach bunny!
