If you've ever visited a Disney park or simply listened obsessively to the Beauty & The Beast soundtrack, you're probably at least a little familiar with the concept of Grey Stuff. Previously we weren't suuuuper clear on what it was, but now, thanks to Disney, we're not only clued in to what makes it so delicious, but we can also make it at home as often as we want.

The Disney Parks Blog just shared a recipe that's just like the Grey Stuff you'll get when you dine at the Be Our Guest Restaurant in Disney World's Magic Kingdom or at Red Rose Taverne in Disneyland. It turns out Grey Stuff is a lot like a cookies and cream pudding...who knew?! OK, maybe you did.

To make it, all you'll need is milk, instant vanilla pudding mix, cookies and cream sandwich cookies, whipped topping, instant chocolate pudding mix, scalloped cookies to serve it on, and edible pearls if you're feeling fancy. Oh and just a reminder, this recipe has been converted from a larger quantity in the restaurant kitchens so the flavor may vary from the restaurant’s version. I'm sure it'll still be plenty delicious!

This dish is served a little bit differently at each park and location. Sometimes, it's served on a red velvet cake with a raspberry center, other times it's on top of a piece of chocolate cake (so if you feel like getting a little bit fancier, sky's the limit)! Make this to be enjoyed on its own or as a topping for some of your favorite baked goods. You can find the full recipe on the Disney Park Blog.

This delicious Grey Stuff is perfect to serve as part of a Disney feast of churro bites, grilled cheese, and Dole Whips. Honestly, I am hungry just thinking about it.
