Pots can easily last decades, but that just isn't so with nonstick cookware. The coating that goes over the metal wears out and they're no longer slick. According to America's Test Kitchen, you should replace your nonstick pans every five to seven years.

The set includes 10-inch skillet, 2-qt saucepan and a 2.8-qt sauté pan, which is just the right amount of pans for cooking a meal for an average sized family. The ceramic coating is free of PFOA, PFAS, lead or cadmium, which means that it's safe for you and the environment. And underneath the coating, the cookware set is made of hard-anodized aluminum. It provides excellent heat distribution and durability. The aluminum also makes it oven-safe up to 600°F.

This set also features lids for the sauté and sauce pan made with tempered glass. The pots and pans are also lightweight, making them easy to handle and maneuver. They're also dishwasher safe, but Amazon shoppers say you won't need to put them in the dishwasher.
