Instead of toasted bread cubes, this brand new stuffing puts cauliflower rice to work as a low-carb alternative. Instagram user @reducingrhonda appears to have been the first to spot this brand new product at her local Walmart (we’re just a little jealous).

The product isn’t listed on Green Giant’s website yet, so the details surrounding this tasty-looking stuffing are limited, but according to the packaging, it’s ready in just 8 minutes and has 45% less fat than regular packaged stuffings. Plus, it includes other classic stuffing ingredients like carrots, celery, onion, cranberries, and herbs. Sounds like a winner to us!

According to Delish, Green Giant confirmed that this healthy Thanksgiving stuffing recipe will be hitting the shelves of select retailers in November, with a nationwide rollout coming in January (so keep an eye on your grocery store’s freezer section!). In the meantime, you can whet your appetite with some of Green Giant’s other cauliflower rice products, like their Cauliflower Pizza Crust or Cauliflower Veggie Tots.

If you can’t wait that long and want to serve cauliflower rice stuffing alongside your turkey this year, you’re not completely out of luck: Trader Joe’s came out with their own Riced Cauliflower Stuffing last year, and while there’s no word yet on if it’s back again, we’re keeping our fingers crossed. Their vegan stuffing recipe is filled with riced cauliflower, carrots, dried cranberries, and other Thanksgiving stuffing favorites (including a few savory fall herbs). According to their website, one cup has zero grams of fat and only 60 calories, so go ahead—pile on the stuffing!
