What to do in Green Bay this weekend, New Year's Eve: Last Festival of Trees, Garden of Lights, NYE's party at Titletown

GREEN BAY — Green Bay is getting ready for the new year with a celebration at Titletown.

But before the year is up, there's still time to check out some holiday exhibits around the city before they wrap up for the season.

Here's some things to do around Green Bay to say goodbye to the holidays and 2023.

Check out the Festival of Trees at the railroad museum before it's gone this season

The National Railroad Museum's annual Festival of Trees experience will end Sunday. The museum is located at 2285 S. Broadway, Ashwaubenon.

The festival features dozens of uniquely decorated trees displayed among the museum’s historic locomotives and exhibits. Trees are sponsored and decorated by local organizations and individuals.

More info can be found at nationalrrmuseum.org/festival-of-trees/.

A Frank's Christmas wraps up 24th season

The last two shows of "A Frank's Christmas" are Friday and Saturday. The holiday show will end its run this year before it returns in the next holiday season at the Meyer Theatre on South Washington Street. Each year a new original story is presented as a musical comedy show.

For show times and tickets, visit meyertheatre.org or call 800-895-0071.

Blue Cove is one of the new features of this year's WPS Garden of Lights. You'll find the 12,000 blue lights in the new Carol & Bruce Bell Children's Garden.

Last chance to see a holiday wonderland at Green Bay Botanical Garden

It's the last weekend of the season to see the Green Bay Botanical Garden's annual Garden of Lights display. The last day to go is Saturday. Over 350,000 lights create nature-themed displays with two new features this year including the Blue Cove and glowing orbs. The light displays create an icicle forest, flowers, a 60-foot walk-through caterpillar and a dancing fountain.

Green Bay Botanical Garden is located at 2600 Larsen Road. Timed entry tickets available at gbbg.org/explore/events-exhibits/wps-garden-of-lights.
