“It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” Is Airing on ABC in October 2019
No matter what time of year you’re in, there’s a Peanuts special to help you celebrate the season. October is the perfect time to watch one of the best-loved Charlie Brown specials ever because "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" will air on ABC this month.
ABC describes the plot of the autumnal Peanuts special this way: “In Charles M. Schulz's classic animated Halloween-themed PEANUTS special, 'It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown,' the PEANUTS gang celebrates Halloween with Linus hoping that, finally, he will be visited by The Great Pumpkin, while Charlie Brown is invited to a Halloween party.” As for the cast, the characters you know and love from the Peanuts comic strips are voiced by “Peter Robbins as Charlie Brown, Christopher Shea as Linus, Sally Dryer as Lucy, Chris Doran as Schroeder, Bill Melendez as Snoopy, Kathy Steinberg as Sally, Tracy Stratford as Violet and Ann Altieri as Frieda,” according to ABC.
You’ll have two chances to see "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" on ABC, so gather up the family and tune into this kid-friendly classic. The first showing will be on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, and the second will be on Sunday, October 27, 2019. Check local listings to confirm what time each showing will air in your area.
