The Great British Baking Show's Paul Hollywood Shared A Throwback Photo Of Himself With Really Long Hair

If you're a fan of The Great British Baking Show, you probably know and love judge Paul Hollywood for his no-nonsense attitude, coveted handshakes, and wry banter with the rest of the cast. But it turns out that Paul used to rock some totally different vibes back in his younger years.

The TV personality shared a throwback photo on his Instagram this week of himself from roughly 1982-1983 and if he didn't post it and say so, we'd never know it was him. The photo shows a young Paul rocking some seriously long hair, a T-shirt, and a backpack all while holding his cat. He would have been 16 or 17 at the time, and, sure, we all look very different from our teen years, but many fans were struck by just how different Paul looks now.

"Looks nothing like you lol, far better looking now haha," one fan wrote. "What a head of hair!!!" another said. Other commenters said that he looks like his son Josh, who is now roughly the same age as Paul would have been when the throwback photo was snapped.

The snap could just become a joke on the new season of the show, which could reportedly begin filming as early as next week according to Metro UK. Love Productions did not confirm that they would be moving forward but said in a statement to the outlet: "We’re working hard to deliver Bake Off to the audience this year, the priority is the safety of everyone involved in the production of the series."
