Fall is officially here, which means Halloween is near. With the arrival of cooler weather, it's time to get caught up on the latest spooky shows. Among the roster of Halloween-appropriate titles is Chucky, which returns Wednesday night with its highly anticipated season 2.

Based on the Child’s Play movie franchise, the TV series picks up four years after the seventh film Cult of Chucky. Like others before him, 14-year-old Jake Wheeler (Zackary Arthur) buys Chucky at a yard sale without knowing about his supernatural abilities. But he quickly discovers that the doll is possessed by the soul of fictional serial killer Charles Lee Ray. Season 1 of Chucky shows Jake’s hometown of Hackensack, New Jersey, turning into a crime scene as he becomes a suspect when shocking murders begin to occur.

At the end of the first installment, Jake, Devon (Björgvin Arnarson) and Lexy (Alyvia Alyn Lind) believe that the possessed doll is gone. But the Chucky season 2 trailer teases that it's only the beginning of his takeover. If you can’t wait to see what happens next, here’s where to watch and stream Chucky season 2 online:
