Looks like Netflix is officially saying XOXO to one of our faves before 2021 starts.

Netflix just revealed its list of titles entering and leaving the service for December 2020 and it looks like Gossip Girl won't be around next year on the streaming giant.

There's no word just yet on where the show will be moving to or if it even will be available for streaming after the series is removed. Gossip Girl has long been a staple for Netflix as fans continued to rewatch the series years after it ended back in 2012.

While there has been no announcement on the show's new home, it wouldn't be too surprising if HBO Max is revealed to be adding to series to its library in 2021. The new streaming service is working on the upcoming Gossip Girl reboot which is set to premiere sometime in 2021 and has been making headlines as it continues to film in NYC.

The series is distributed by Warner Bros. Television, which is owned by Warnermedia who is also behind HBO Max. Recently, Pretty Little Liars made the same move and also has a spin-off series in the works on the new streamer, Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin. It is also shares the same distributer as Gossip Girl, putting two of the biggest teen hits of the 2010s under one roof.

The CW also has a deal with HBO Max to bring all of its new shows to HBO Max for streaming. If it does move there, it will also be joining Katy Keene, Batwoman, and Nancy Drew, who were the first to premiere there instead of Netflix.

So get ready for one last bingewatch, because you definitely don't want to miss it.
