Gordon Ramsay Gives His Candid Thoughts on Starbucks Sandwiches While in a Drive-Thru

Ever wonder what Gordon Ramsay is like when he pulls up to a drive-thru? If you imagine he likes to play a few pranks, then you’re spot-on. The celeb chef recently posted a video on Instagram in which he went through a Starbucks drive-thru simply to roast the chain’s food for fun, and it’s pretty enjoyable to watch.
“Some times I get bored on the road,” Ramsay captioned the video: “So I decided to have some fun at the drive-thru and met Harry Snotter!”
In the video, Ramsay asked a bunch of silly questions about the chain’s food—including if they could serve it to go or add any extra ingredients to the pre-made meal. He even threw out a little math question before deciding to order the Hickory Ham and Cheese Toastie. When he got it, he was unsurprisingly less than impressed. He inspected it, noting that only one side of the sandwich was actually toasted. When he got melted cheese from the sandwich all over his hand in the process, he said it looked “like something out of Harry Snotter!”
For dramatic effect, Ramsay chucked the sandwich out of the car window and into a trash can at the end of the video. (We hate to see food waste, Gordon!) But point taken, and props to those Starbucks workers for enduring the nonsense—which at least made them laugh!
