"You Good Bro?"- Underdressed Rider Goes Head Over Heels
Historically, the best and safest mountain biking gear has not been the most fashionable stuff in the world. Big dorky shin guards and elbow pads alongside a helmet that more closely resembled an astronaut lid than mountain biking equipment were the norm.
Luckily, those days are behind us. Gear is still a little dorky, but it's far better than it was which makes clips like the one below all the more baffling to see.

It isn't hard to dress even mildly appropriately for mountain biking. A shirt should be on the short list of things worth having when you step out the door for a ride.
Not to mention if you are one who's prone to falling down, which by the looks of this video, this rider is.
At the end of the day, though, we're just happy to see that he wasn't too banged up and was back out riding soon enough. Next time though, for your own sake, maybe try throwing a tarp on.
