There are so many iconic summertime movies that it's impossible to pick a favorite. Summer camp lovers might choose Wes Anderson's Moonrise Kingdom, while those who played outside with friends might have fond memories of The Sandlot. For others, Jaws is the perfect beach thriller.
So when Lincoln the Goldendoodle and his owner posted the most epic Jaws-inspired video on his Instagram account, @the_life_of_lincoln, summer movie buffs couldn't get enough. This 'movie' premiered on July 27, and it's already a blockbuster hit!

LMAO! When we say that we can't get enough of Lincoln's flowy fur and relaxed floating--we're not exaggerating one bit. We've already watched this at least a dozen times, and we know we're not the only ones.
Lincoln the Doodle is still known for his perfect modeling and poolside antics, so we never would have guessed that this video is a throwback--but it is! As the description states, this is Lincoln's all-time most-viewed video, and it's easy to see why. From the sunglasses to the perfectly-timed music, every detail of this clip is on point!
As much as everyone loved the star of the movie and the way his fluff floated in the water, so many viewers were also impressed with the floatie this pup is using in the pool. Pool accessories for dogs can be hit-or-miss, so we understand the fuss!
Here's the thing, though: these look like pool floaties for people! Doodle dogs like Lincoln can have very long limbs, so this pup might actually be holding himself up inside a floatie. He makes it look so easy! As impressive as that is, dog owners need to remember to supervise their dogs while swimming instead of relying on floatation devices. A life jacket for dogs can be a literal life saver, but a floatie isn't reliable in the same way. Luckily, Lincoln is a dog who can swim, and his owner is always nearby.
