Golden Retriever’s ‘Prank’ When Dad Tries to Put Him on a Diet Is the Best
If you appreciate a good prank, you'll get a kick out of the ongoing prank war that Teddy the Golden Retriever and his human dad Johnathan have. The two are always trying to one up each other when it comes to their pranks, and Teddy usually comes out on top. They shared their most recent prank on Thursday, April 25th, and it's a good one!
It starts with Teddy sitting on the couch enjoying some soda and chips. Johnathan walks in and tells Teddy he's supposed to be dieting and takes the junk food. He comes back with a healthy snack - some broccoli and water. Teddy was not impressed! Watch the genius idea he comes up with to get his dad back and wait for his smile at the end!
Teddy's devious smile is the best! I always get a kick out of @A Guy and a Golden's pranks and love watching their videos. Although the video was just posted yesterday, it already has nearly 72 thousand likes and thousands of comments. It's safe to say that it was a hit!

Teddy is one of the most famous pets on TikTok, and for good reason. The ongoing over-the-top prank war the Golden Retriever and his dad has going on cracks us all up, and Teddy has one of the coolest doghouses I've ever seen. Lucky for all of us entertained by these videos, there are a lot of savvy pet owners out there who make money on the internet by posting silly (and relatable) videos with their pets for our enjoyment.
Another popular duo I get a kick out of is Kat and her pup Oliver. Kat hilariously explained why setting up a social media account with him was a mistake. Maxine is another famous pup whose dad goes above and beyond to record her antics - he even poked fun at what being an influencer looks like. Maxine is so famous that she went rock climbing with Jared Leto and Ed Sheeran asked if he could meet her!
Another entertaining pooch is Hammy - he's one of my favorite dogs on the internet. He's an adorable and very dramatic Corgi who is highly opinionated and has no problem telling his dad what he thinks. He's definitely the boss! One time his dad pet another dog and Hammy was not happy about it! His reaction was the best!

For many of these stars, entertaining people on the internet has become their full-time job. Creating these minute-long videos requires hours of work to come up with the idea and to record and edit these minute-long videos. It's a fun job, but it's still a job, and they never know if a video is going to do well. That's what their income is dependent on, and it seems like too big of a gamble to me!
