There’s Going to be Sriracha Jolly Ranchers

I remember simpler times. Times where we didn't take perfectly delicious candy and try to make it something it's not. (Peeps Oreos.) (Kit Kat Sushi.) In the latest holy-shit-this-now-exists food news, sweet and spicy Jolly Rancher Hotties are allegedly a thing.

According to Instagram account Candy Hunting, the new line of Jolly Ranchers will be available this summer. While Candy Hunting - who leaks all your favorite candy and food collaborations - has a good track record, this is still just a rumor. And unless you've always dreamed of combining your favorite spices with hard candy (?), these flavors might have you hoping this stays a rumor. The mock-up illustration says there will be Watermelon Cayenne, Blue Raspberry Sriracha, Cherry Habanero, and Green Apple Ginger flavors.

Things were fine how they were, Jolly Ranchers. Why'd you have to go and make things so complicated?
