'God of War: Ragnarok' Leaks Suggest Late 2022 Release

Despite rumors of an imminent delay, sources close to project have now claimed that God of War: Ragnarok will be releasing before the end of 2022 after all.

Talks of a potential delay came after the highly anticipated title made no appearance at both June's State of Play as well as Summer Games Fest, with sources in Europe adamant that God of War: Ragnarok will not see a release date until 2023, according to Gamereactor.

However, a contrasting sentiment has now been expressed by other sources who spoke with Bloomberg, claiming that Sony and Santa Monica Studio are prepared to announce the game's release date later this month, which will put its release date sometime in November this year. The sources confirm that there have been delays internally at the studio, but also say that its November release is within reach. Of course, Sony has yet to confirm anything itself, so fans of the franchise should definitely be on the lookout for more updates and announcements to come.

Elsewhere in gaming, a battle royale mode for Halo Infinite has seemingly leaked.
