It’s no secret that boxing’s soaring popularity in recent years and the return of the Amazonian physique to fashion’s forefront go hand in hand. But it wasn’t the sport’s core-strengthening and limb-toning benefits that Gisele Bündchen praised on Instagram yesterday.

“One of the most fun ways to release stress,” the supermodel captioned a video of her performing a series of quick jabs, kicks, and sweeps with mixed martial arts fighter Tateki Matsuda in Boston. Sure, it’s hard to miss the natural-looking muscle that this full-body workout yields, but the real magic lies in its cortisol-busting endorphin kick. After all, considering the week we’ve all just had, who wouldn’t want to punch something?
