  • A favorite serum of Gisele Bündchen’s—Dior’s Capture Totale Cell Energy Super Potent Serum—is on sale ahead of October’s Amazon Prime Day.

  • As the face of the Capture Totale line, Bündchen loves the serum’s plumping and hydrating benefits.

  • The formula is packed with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and floral extracts for a luxurious, restored glow.

As a 42-year-old mom of two, wife to NFL superstar Tom Brady, and fashion mogul who’s plotting her return to supermodel status, Gisele Bündchen doesn’t have a ton of time for skincare—but you would never know by looking at her complexion. That’s partially thanks to a serum with a name that speaks for itself: Dior’s Capture Totale Cell Energy Super Potent Serum, which is on sale ahead of October’s Amazon Prime Day 2 for 15% off.

Bündchen was named the face of Dior’s Capture Totale line in 2020 (it’s unclear if she remains an ambassador for the brand). “I was blown away by the serum because, after only a week or so of using it daily, I started seeing results,” she told Allure at the time. “The first change was how glowy my complexion looked. The tone had evened out, and my skin looked so healthy and plump.”

The serum contains a blend of hyaluronic acid, floral extracts, squalene, and niacinamide to restore tone and texture, deliver hydration, and diminish fine lines. It’s hydrating enough that, in Florida’s humidity, Bündchen wears it on its own during the day, no moisturizer needed, she said during a Dior Skincare Talk video conference last year.

In the time it’s been on the market, the serum has drawn a load of other lovers, too. “Helps keep my skin hydrated beautifully even in cold and harsh Canadian winter,” a Sephora reviewer writes. “Also helps with keeping hormonal acne flair ups to a minimum. I like the smell too.”

“I’m almost 60 with pretty good skin but this is life changing and worth every penny. I’m already wanting to stock up,” another raves. “My skin looks radiant like a picture of myself using a good phone filter. It’s pricey but worth it. For all the middle age ladies give it a try!” another adds.

In addition to the serum, the rest of Bündchen’s skincare routine is pretty simple. She told Allure she washes her face with only water (and drinks plenty of it, too) and occasionally throws an exfoliator in the mix. During last year’s video conference with Dior, she added that she removes makeup with coconut oil, “because it is, in my opinion, the easiest way to remove all traces,” and at night, a moisturizer and eye cream follow the serum.

“It is very important to put on your moisturizer at night so that the skin has time to absorb it. Even more essential: surrounding yourself with positive thoughts, having constructive conversations, reading and watching inspiring things,” she said. “Because beauty is not limited to what you put on the surface of the skin, but also what you decide to bring to your body and your mind.”
