Ginny Weasley is Taken—"Harry Potter" Actress Bonnie Wright Got Married

Ginny Weasley is taken.

Harry Potter actress Bonnie Wright announced via Instagram that she married Andrew Lococo over the weekend.

"Yesterday was the best day of my life 💙 thanks to my husband!!" she captioned a video of her and Lococo wearing their wedding rings by a pool.

Various Harry Potter alums congratulated the actress in the comments.

Tom Felton, better known to fans as Draco Malfoy, wrote, "Congratulations B xx."

Afshan Azad, who played Padma Patil in the fantastical films, wrote, "Love you so much," with a string of red heart emojis.

Scarlet Hefner, who played Slytherin student Pansy Parkinson, also commented. "Congratulations to you both! @thisisbwright 💜😘," she wrote.

Other celebrities also sent their best wishes to the couple.

Australian actress Jessica McNamee, French singer Soko, Irish actress and singer Sarah Greene, British TV presenter Poppy Jamie, actress Anna Shaffer, actress and longboard surfer Kassia Meador, and climate justice activist Kevin J. Patel, also congratulated the pair in the post comments.

Though Wright doesn't share too much about her love life on social media, she first began posting Lococo in late 2020, and in December of that year shared a sweet Christmas photo of them together. In 2021, she also shared a romantic Christmas selfie with Lococo, and wrote, "You made my year."

Most recently, on March 10, Wright captioned a photo of her and her now-husband looking happy in sunny weather. "Love feels like these pink pants. Electric and fluffy all at once 💗," she wrote.

Wright revealed in a February YouTube vlog that she left Los Angeles to move into Lococo's home in San Diego.

"Andrew and I had been going back and forth between these two cities for a long time, so we were ready to live in the same place," the Greenpeace ambassador said. "This is Andrew’s house, which is now our house. He has lived here for 10 years [and] has a beautiful garden. He’s looked after it very well."

They share the home with their dog Billy and cats Frank and Hugo.

Before falling for Lococo, Wright was engaged to Harry Potter costar Jamie Campbell Bower (who played Gellert Grindelwald) from 2011 to 2012, and later dated Glee actor Jacob Artist and entrepreneur Simon Hammerstein.
