Gingered Seelbach Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons (1 1/2 oz.) regular bourbon or Orange-Infused Bourbon

  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz.) ginger liqueur (such as Domaine de Canton)

  • 5 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters

  • 5 dashes of Angostura bitters

  • 6 to 8 tablespoons (3 to 4 oz.) dry Champagne or sparkling white wine

  • Lemon peel twist

Directions

  1. Freeze a Champagne flute 10 minutes. Combine bourbon, ginger liqueur, and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Cover with lid, and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into prepared Champagne flute. Top with desired amount of Champagne. Garnish with lemon peel twist. Serve immediately.
