Gigi Hadid's Dad, Mohamed Hadid, Addresses Leonardo DiCaprio Dating Rumors

Gigi Hadid and Leonardo DiCaprio have been the subject of flaming hot dating rumors for the past few weeks. While the duo was reportedly spotted together during New York Fashion Week, they have yet to address the speculation publicly. Gigi's dad, real estate developer, Mohamed Hadid, has come forward with his thoughts on the duo and their rumored relationship. He recently spoke to Daily Mail about his daughter's relationship with the legendary actor.

According to Mohamed, he's known Leo for years. "I met Mr. DiCaprio in St. Tropez four or five years ago, and he is a very nice man," he said. "I like him." While Mohamed admits to having a good relationship with the acclaimed actor, he doesn't exactly believe the dating rumors. "I have not spoken to my daughter about Mr. DiCaprio. I don't think they are dating - I believe they are just good friends, but I really don't know."

Comments from Gigi's dad surfaced days after she was photographed for the first time with Leo while attending a party in New York City. On September 13, Daily Mail published a picture of Gigi leaning in closely while Leo was talking in what appeared to be a loud party setting. According to Page Six, the duo has been spending time together with just the two of them instead of in group settings like they've done in the past.

This is the first rumored relationship for Gigi after she quietly called it quits with her on-again, off-again boyfriend Zayn Malik in October 2021. Leo reportedly set "his sights" on the supermodel after breaking up with his former girlfriend of four years, Camila Morrone, in early September.
