Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik Started Dating Again Way Before Anyone Knew
Gigi Hadid made it Instagram official with her back-on boyfriend Zayn Malik on Valentine's Day, posting a solo shot of him she took on her Gisposable Instagram account. Over a month later, the model shared her first personal shot of them together on her Instagram...and gave her fans a more clear timeline for when she and Malik privately reconciled.
Hadid posted a series of old photos on her Instagram account early today. "(Oldie) camera roll finds ! 💛 #stayhome," she wrote. Buried in the gallery of images was a shot of her and Malik kissing during the holidays.

Hadid and Malik were first reported to be dating again on January 12 after they were photographed out together on January 11 and 12 to celebrate his birthday. A source told E! then what Hadid confirmed in her photograph today: That Malik and Hadid reconciled at the end of 2019.
"Gigi and Zayn got back together right before the holidays in December," the source told E!. "Zayn has been reaching out to Gigi for the last month, and she is giving him another chance."
"She has always loved him and the break between the two was needed," the source continued. "Zayn has been working on his past music and focusing on his health and is in a really good place currently."
Hadid and Malik first started dating at the end of 2015. In March 2018, they announced their first breakup, sharing statements on Twitter praising the other and expressing their intent to continue being friends.
A month later, they were photographed kissing in New York City. They kept their rekindled relationship more private, posting subtle traces of it on their social media only. In January 2019, multiple outlets reported they broke up again. Hadid went on to date Tyler Cameron in summer 2019. Things between them cooled off in the fall, leaving Hadid and Malik both single.
They were reported to have begun talking again in November 2019. "They are definitely not getting back together but are on good terms right now," a source told E! at the time. Roughly a month later, that changed.
