Gigi Hadid Wore a Sequin Jumpsuit After the Savage X Fenty NYFW Show

While her sister and friends have spent NYFW rocking daring sheer jumpsuits and gowns, Gigi Hadid has been dressing for a different season, even opting for a gigantic puffer jacket from Fendi when the temperature dropped just under 75 degrees. But all that changed on Wednesday night when the supermodel was seen out in New York wearing a crystal-covered jumpsuit that was totally sheer.

Before the outing, she had spent the better part of the previous few hours walking alongside her sister Bella in Rihanna’s stunning Savage X Fenty Lingerie show. For that, she had worn a nude and olive green bra and thong set, along with a sheer cape and thigh-high fishnet stockings.

For her event celebrating the end of New York Fashion Week (most likely before she heads out to London, Milan, and Paris to continue their fashion-centric tour), Gigi certainly made sure to turn heads as she was seen heading out on the town. The jumpsuit of choice was a strapless silhouette with legs to long that they were slit at the ankle and covered the top half of each foot. While the sparkly material itself was completely see-through, she did cover up a little underneath by pairing it with a black thong bodysuit. On her feet were two-strap heeled sandals.

The look was not completely unlike that of Kylie Jenner’s birthday after party outfit, which was shorter and pinker, but still had the same sporty-meets-disco vibe. While we thought we might have left the naked dress trend back in previous seasons, Gigi is here to remind us that it’s alive and well.
