Gigi Hadid Takes the Extreme Platform Sneaker for a Spin
It looks like Gigi Hadid has officially traded every model’s favorite dad shoe for a sky-high platform sneaker. Yesterday, the model stepped out in a pair of white ones. It’s not the first time she’s worn vertiginous kicks: Just a few weeks ago, she debuted a charming powder pink pair of super thick soled shoes, courtesy of the recently revamped label Buffalo.
While the extreme footwear is more associated with raves than any models off-duty, Hadid put a sweet spin on the chunky sneaker by adding a bright hot pink button-up. For pants, she chose cropped skinny, light wash jeans, then covered up her ankles with pulled-up white socks. Another bonus? Hadid’s voluminous hair, which took the look to even higher heights.
