In the caption of the steamy photo, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star explained that Panchakarma is an Ayurvedic treatment and “a mind-body healing regiment for detoxifying the body [and] strengthening the immune system.

“I finally committed and finished my course of TM [transcendental meditation] and am already starting to feel the powerful effects it has on my wellbeing, especially as I am getting back to the 24/7 plugged-in world that never ever stops,” she added.
