That Giant Penis From 'The Boys' Season 3? It's Real, and There's Proof.

The Boys are back in town, and they have arrived with a bang. Or perhaps more accurately, a kind of messy *splat*.

In the season three premiere, viewers were introduced to Termite, a superpowered character with the Ant-Man-esque ability to shrink down to miniscule size. And because this is The Boys, a show willing to go places (literally) that more mainstream comic book fare like the MCU would never dare to tread, Termite's grand entrance to the series showed him miniaturizing himself and going inside the penis of his lover.

Think of it as the superhero equivalent to sounding, a sex act which involves stimulating the penis from inside the urethra.

Unfortunately, again, because this is The Boys, things soon went horribly wrong: having jumped across a tabletop full of cocaine while in his teeny-tiny state, Termite sneezes while inside the other man's penis... and involuntarily reverts to his human size, exploding his lover from the inside out.

The end result is one of the most outrageous and gratuitously gory scenes ever depicted in the show, more graphic even than the moment where super-fast Flash/Quicksilver stand-in A-Train literally ran through Hughie's girlfriend Robin.

Brett Geddes, who plays Termite, has just shared a glimpse at how the scene was filmed. The actor posted a pair of photos of himself and his stunt double Alex Armbruster between takes, naked and covered from head to toe in white powder, "after each taking a turn jumping on the trampoline of coke." Behind them is the real star of the scene: a gigantic prosthetic penis.

"For those wondering…the dick is real," he wrote in the caption.
