New 'Giant' Dog Beds at Costco Will Have Pet Parents in Line

As the proud dog mom of a massive Alaskan Malamute mix, I know just how difficult it can be to find dog products big enough to work for him. His long and deep chest makes even the largest clothes a bit too snug, and we can rarely find harnesses big enough to fit him. But don't get me started on dog beds! Even well-stocked pet stores are limited in their selection, and we're often told to shop the large dog bed inventory online. Even then, it's such a hassle to have to order a bed just to see if it's big enough!

Once I saw the huge Kirkland Signature dog bed that one 'Costco-obsessed mom' shared in a December 9 TikTok video, though, I let myself get my hopes way, way up. This might actually be the largest dog bed I've ever seen in a store, and it's in stock just in time for the holidays, too.

OMG, this is exactly what I've been looking for! My huge dog has been ditching his slightly too-small dog bed for our bed in the middle of the night, and let's just say..it gets a little too cozy sometimes! As much as I love having a good cuddle with my dogs, a 70-pound weighted blanket is only comfortable for so long.

Needless to say, I'm not the only one who's fallen in love at first sight with this gigantic dog bed from Costco. Commenter @elisapeachy even shared, "I'd get this for my Dachshund dog." LMAO! I'd love to see a tiny dog in a massive dog bed, and I also understand exactly where she's coming from. I have a small, 20-pound dog, too, and I'd absolutely buy him a gigantic bed to stretch out on if there was space. Every pet deserves to be treated like royalty!

A Good Quality Bed for Large Dogs is Both Supportive and Comfortable

For anyone who's interested in buying the 46-inch by 36-inch plush bed for dogs, it's for sale on Costco's website for $64.99. Some commenters claim it's more expensive in stores, so online might be the way to go! The top-quality bed sports a plush, machine-washable cover that's just as durable as it is comfy, so droolers and dirty dogs can get in a good nap, too.

Because many large dogs develop hip dysplasia, back pain, or canine arthritis at some point in life, it's important to choose a good dog bed that supports their bodies while they snooze. This oversized pet bed also has a 3-sided bolster design so your furry friend can rest their head comfortably, though you might be tempted to try out the bed, too!

Thanks, @costcohotfinds, for the amazing tip. This huge bed is now her Great Dane's dog bed, and if they can fit on it--just about any dog can. I won't be surprised if this dog bed sells out fast!
