GH Spoilers Weekly Update: Medical Mysteries And Shocking Sightings

The General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 18 – March 22, 2024 continue the impact of Jason’s return. Some share unexpected moments, while others continue to clash.

Episode 15423: MONDAY, MARCH 11, 2024
While visiting Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) at the hospital, Sonny (Maurice Benard) got an urgent text from Carly (Laura Wright) asking him to meet her on the roof. Before Carly could say it, Sonny asked if she had seen Jason (Steve Burton), to which she said yes. In the meantime, John (Adam Harrington) and Anna (Finola Hughes) continued their search for Jason, which ended with them finding him on his bridge. With guns pointed at him in every direction, Jason hopped the bridge to escape the cops. Jason showed up at the Quartermaine boathouse at the end and passed out from his injuries. Meanwhile, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) had a random moment stuck in a car with an empty tank, while Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and Cody (Josh Kelly) continued to bond. At Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst) house, Finn (Michael Easton) accidentally found out about the vape Jake (Hudson West) took from Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), but Jake blew it off as a classmate’s.

Episode 15424: TUESDAY, MARCH 12, 2024
After realizing Jason would always come first, Drew (Cameron Mathison) broke up with Carly and later found comfort with Jordan (Tanisha Harper). Danny was the first to find Jason at the boathouse, and got asked by his father to get him a first aid kit. At GH, Finn and Amy (Risa Dorken) struggled to treat Heather (Alley Mills), who later shared a moment with Laura (Genie Francis), while Sam (Kelly Monaco) reeled over the thought of Jason being the one who shot Dante. During lunch at Bobbie’s, Natalia (Eva LaRue) told Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) she understood her daughter’s interest in women after what Link (Dan Buran) put her through.

Episode 153425: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13, 2024
At The Savoy, Selina (Lydia Look) interrupted Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Marshall (Robert Gossett) by offering them information on who shot Curtis in exchange for her poker games back. Sonny and Anna debated about Jason at the PCPD while John watched on. At the Q Mansion, Danny realized he needed more help with Jason and brought Michael (Chad Duell) to the boathouse, where he reunited with his uncle. When Michael realized Jason was injured, he suggested Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) take a look. Still at Dante’s bedside, Sam laid into Carly for covering for Jason.

Episode 15426: THURSDAY, MARCH 14, 2024
Jason finally revealed to Michael some details about what happened, including how someone held him captive and used leverage against him to turn him into a mercenary. Lois (Rena Sofer) and Sonny had dinner and Lois checked in on her friend about everything that’s happened. John showed up at Carly’s house asking for help about Jason, while Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and Anna deliberated about Jason’s charges at the PCPD.

Episode 15427: FRIDAY, MARCH 15, 2024
Heather learned that poison leaking from her hip replacement has not only been causing her physical pain, but possibly her mental ailments, and Laura wondered if this was the reason Heather had done the things she had. All hell broke loose for The Invader when the new gossip column targeted both Sonny and Diane (Carolyn Hennesy), who confronted Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) about it before offering her another chance at a career in law. After several phone calls and a conversation with Kevin (Jon Lindstrom), Marshall and his family finally learned that the doctor who misdiagnosed him has died, and most likely misdiagnosed him because he’s Black. At Dex’s (Evan Hofer) apartment, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) tried convincing him not to leave again, and Nina later showed up trying to get Dex to relay to Sonny that she had nothing to do with The Invader article.

Next week in Port Charles, spoilers tease that unexpected pairs will share conversations, while Jason continues reuniting with loved ones. It also looks like Sonny offers Natalia some wisdom when it comes to having a gay daughter, while things don’t go as planned during a Deception photo shoot.
