How to get 'perfect' brows in under 1 minute, according to founder of Anastasia Beverly Hills

While many women often pay more attention to, say, their foundation or lipstick, when it comes to looking put-together, Anastasia Soare, founder and CEO of the celebrity-favorite beauty brand Anastasia Beverly Hills, knows that you can’t underestimate the power of defined brows.

However, since eyebrows often get thinner with age, it can be tricky to help them look fuller in a natural way. The good news? Soare has a quick, one-minute trick for creating perfect eyebrows.

“If you are over 50, your eyebrows are going to thin out a little bit, or maybe, in your youth, you overtweezed your eyebrows,” Soare tells Yahoo Lifestyle. “I want to give you a few tips about the perfect eyebrows.”

First, outline your ideal brow shape using a brow pencil. Soare recommends starting by focusing on three key sections of the brow: the edge of the brow closest to your nose (draw an imaginary line from the middle of your nostril straight up to your eyebrow — that’s where your brow should start); the highest point, or arch, of your brow, which should align with the middle of your pupil; and the outer edge of the brow, which should line up diagonally with the outside corner of your nose.

Using an angled brush and colored brow powder that matches your eyebrow shade, “try to create this beautiful arch by filling in with powder,” she says. Once you’ve filled in the shape, brush through the eyebrows to blend. Finish with a clear brow gel to keep everything in place.

Soare says filling in thinning eyebrows can make you look 10 years younger. “This is the miracle of perfect eyebrows,” she says.
