Planning to buy some Apple gear? Amazon sells gift cards that are good for all manner of Apple products and services — to be purchased from Apple proper. I know, this is weird: You're buying an Apple gift card from Amazon so you can buy Apple products not from Amazon.

Why bother? Because if you buy an Apple gift card valued at $100 or more and apply promo code DECAPPLE at checkout, you'll see a $10 credit in your Amazon account within three days of purchase. That's a nice little perk for you on top of a great gift for someone else. (But, psst, go ahead and buy this card for yourself if you want. We won't tell.)

This is a physical card, not an electronic one, meaning it'll actually arrive by mail. That's good if you're looking for something to wrap and, say, put in a stocking. It's less good if you're looking for something last-minute, though if you have Amazon Prime, you may be able to get delivery as fast as same-day.
