'George and Tammy' Fans Go Wild After Seeing Jessica Chastain's NSFW Birthday Post for Michael Shannon

Jessica Chastain just publicly celebrated a beloved co-star online, but the way she did it came with surprise NSFW content no one saw coming.

In a video uploaded on the Oscar winner's Instagram on August 7, Jessica marked the birthday of her George and Tammy cast mate Michael Shannon. Although Jessica didn't mention exactly when the snippet was filmed, folks could see the duo sitting together while she got her hair done by a stylist. As they schmooze back and forth, Jessica shocked Michael with a comment that unexpectedly didn't phase him at all.

"Look at these muscles," she said as Michael looked pensive about the phrase. "He needs to do a Magic Mike movie. Mike Shannon told me that if I got him an offer for Magic Mike, one of the movies, he'd do it."

Upon uttering the unforeseen sentence, fans witnessed Jessica and Michael debate how he could be involved in a Magic Mike-esque film. While the 2023 Emmy Award nominee suggested he could be a police officer or a rodeo star, Michael responded with his own idea about the subject.

"You know what it could be?" he idealized. "It could be like Magic Mike versus The Avengers."

"Like you'd be General Zod?" Jessica replied. "That's a movie I wanna see."

Because both Jessica and Michael each have loyal fanbases, fans couldn't stop commenting about the hilarious way Jessica honored her friend online. What's more, people also had a major question about the suggestions they threw at one another.

"I had no idea I needed this 🤣," one person wrote on Instagram. "This is amazing 😂😂😂😍😍," a different follower chuckled. "[Oh my god] @channingtatum make this happen 😂," another begged, referencing the movie franchise's star Channing Tatum in the process.

Now, it may be a while before we see either Jessica or Michael in any project because of the ongoing WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes. But should something like this ever come across Michael's desk, we'd certainly be interested...
