Oh No, George Clooney Got Into a Scooter Accident in Sardinia
George Clooney was involved in a scooter accident in Sardinia, Italy that led to the actor being rushed to the hospital, per People. The accident was minor, a Sassari town hall official told BBC, and Clooney had no serious injuries. He has since been discharged from the hospital.
According to local news outlet La Nuova, Clooney fell off his scooter on the road to Costa Corallina. NBC’s Claudio Lavanga tweeted that police told him a car collided with Clooney. “A car did not respect the right of way and hit him," Lavanga wrote. "He fell. The car driver called an ambulance. MRI was negative, and he is not seriously injured."

Clooney was taken to John Paul II hospital, where La Nuova reports that his wife Amal Clooney joined him. The actor reported "a slight trauma to the pelvis and bruises to one knee and one arm," the outlet wrote, and will reportedly have 20 days of physiotherapy for the injury by a personal doctor.
