General Mills Is Remixing Some Of Its Beloved Cereals Into Sugary Sweet Snack Mixes

It's easy to confuse cereal for dessert, because many brands are loaded with sugar. I mean, who doesn't secretly love licking all of that sweet cinnamon dust off of your fingers after eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch straight from the paper box? New Remix Snacking Mixes from General Mills embrace the sweet side of beloved cereals by combining them with even more sugary ingredients.

Expected to launch in a few months, the snack mixes will come in three flavors to start: Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Chocolate Toast Crunch, and Golden Grahams S'mores. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch mix combines the iconic cereal with vanilla-flavored Chex and crunchy churros; the Chocolate Toast Crunch version mixes vanilla-flavored Chex with caramel corn; and the Golden Grahams S'mores bag has both Cocoa Puffs and marshmallows. Each variety comes in a resealable bag, making it easy to grab a handful whenever a sweet craving hits you.

We caught wind of the exciting news from Instagrammer @CandyHunting, who's known for revealing new products to the world for the first time. Her post had folks absolutely losing their minds. "They think of more and more ways to make me gain weight!!" Julie wrote. "Oh wow! All of these Snack Mixes look amazing! I’ll definitely be buying all three when they come out," another commenter added.

News of the Remix Snacking Mixes, which prominently feature Cinnamon Toast Crunch, come on the heels of another innovation inspired by the popular cereal: Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust.
