Garth Brooks is one lucky guy.

The "Friends in Low Places" singer, 61, is opening up about the time he unknowingly hopped into the same shower area with Steven Tyler.

During an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Brooks told the story of how he unexpectedly bumped into the "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" crooner, 75, in the showers of Shea Stadium in New York City, where he performed with Billy Joel—before they tore the venue down in 2008, making room for the new ballpark, Citi Field.

While playing a game of "Rockstar Roulette," Aerosmith popped up on the screen for the country artist to cover one of the band's songs.

"You've gotta have an Aerosmith song," Clarkson said, before Brooks nonchalantly blurted out, "Well, I showered with him."

"Oh, wait! You covered 'Fever,'" Clarkson continued before she registered what Brooks had said moments earlier. "Did you say, 'I showered with him'?"

"I showered with him!" the singer repeated. "We were playing the Last Play at Shea Billy Joel, they're getting ready to tear down Shea Stadium in New York, and I go out there and I'm late anyway, and they just have the baseball showers," he recalled.

Brooks continued: "I'm in there showering, getting ready for the show, and I had soap in my eyes, I look around, and there's Steven Tyler. He's showering too. 'Hey, how ya doin'?' And so it was just… How many people get to say that?"

Clarkson suggested that the number of people who can claim they showered with Tyler may be a lot more than he thinks, as he is a rockstar, after all. "Who knows? He's rock & roll. I don't know," Clarkson quipped as the duo shared a laugh. "You might not be so special, Garth."

Brooks is kicking off his Las Vegas residency, Garth Brooks/Plus ONE The Vegas Residency, tonight, May 18, at Caesars Palace. Fans can expect to see special guests join the country singer on stage each night of the show!
