Epicurean Garlic Press, Stainless Steel
Garlic Press Rocker and Silicone Garlic Peeler
One of my favorite foods in the world is garlic. I absolutely love it, and I know many of you do as well! This magical bulb adds such a wonderful aroma and flavor to practically anything, be it stir-fries, marinara sauce, soups, stews, and even salads.
But chopping garlic is a time-consuming pain in the you-know-what. It's difficult to peel. The pieces often stick to your knife. And the cutting board can get pretty smelly and messy. The whole process just takes time and effort, especially if you’re mincing a bunch of cloves at once (and, as a garlic lover, I often find myself doing that). Sure, you can buy already peeled and minced garlic in a jar, but it just doesn't taste as good.
Instead, I recommend buying these garlic-specific gadgets. I guarantee they’ll make garlic prep a whole lot easier, and that makes it faster to get food on the table (and into your belly).
I love this garlic press because it's so sturdy and durable. I've had it for nearly a decade and it's still going strong. It's easy to clean, plus it's dishwasher-safe!
One five-star reviewer says it's the best garlic press they've ever owned: "The all-metal construction is not going to snap like my old plastic-handled one did. This garlic press is extremely easy to clean and extract the garlic skin from. The chamber is actually made from the side of the handle and a hinged plate that swings all the way up. So when you swing the plate up all the bits come up with it where you can blast it with water from all sides or get a brush or scrubber in there easily. The handle feels pretty natural in my hands and it's been very easy to press garlic with. This feels like a kitchen device that will last nearly forever and will be handed down to one of my children or eventual grandchildren someday."
You can peel several cloves at once thanks to the extra long tube of this peeler. Not only does it help keep your hands clean and free of garlic odor, but the silicone material is super easy to clean as well — you can either rinse it under running water or pop it in a dishwasher. This bundle includes three different peelers, so you'll always have at least one on hand whenever the urge for garlic strikes.
"This really works!" raves a review. "And it’s so easy once you get the hang of it. At first, I rolled the silicone tube between my hands, and that didn’t work. But once I laid it on the counter and rolled it with the pressure of one hand, it worked beautifully. So fast and easy! I wash it in the top rack of the dishwasher without any problem. Just buy it! You won’t be disappointed!"
This clever rocker lets you mince a whole bunch of garlic at once instead of having to press cloves one at a time! That's especially useful if you have a weak grip or wrist discomfort. You can clean it easily with running water or pop it in the dishwasher. It's cheaper than most presses, plus this bundle comes with a scraper, a brush, and a silicone garlic peeler!
"The silicone garlic peeler worked like a dream!" said this shopper. "The struggle is over. And the rocker minced my garlic smaller and more uniformly than I can with a knife." Another five-star review said it makes garlic chopping a breeze: "This checks all the boxes of what I’m looking for in making minced garlic easier! I have two other kinds I’ve tried and they fall short of getting the most out of the clove, or extra steps involved, or clean up. This has all the tools needed to peel easily and mince easily. The scraper and brush help to get it all off the mincer and clean afterward. I’m happy that I finally found something, and it works!!"
