This Game of Thrones Nail Art Is Dark and Full of Terrors

Artist Savannah Walker created the ultimate superfan manicure.

Plenty of brands have been giving fans the opportunity to express their love for Game of Thrones during this final season of the HBO blockbuster series, from Oreos to Urban Decay makeup. But if you're really committed to letting the world know you're obsessed with all things Westeros, you may want to consider getting an elaborate gel manicure like this nail-art masterwork.

While Savannah Walker (not to be confused with a White Walker) admits that she's a season behind in her Game of Thrones bingeing, she was still understandably excited to give her friend Emma Lauren Fasulo this multi-reference manicure. (Hell, I'm eight seasons behind, but I still appreciate the skill and artistry that went into this.) Fasulo is such a big fan that she walked down the aisle to "Light of the Seven" when marrying her husband, Jonathan Fasulo, who filmed the entire nail-painting process.

Throughout the video, we see Walker use gel polish from Leafgel, Artgenic, Ace, Presto, and Oni; several chrome powders; and IBD Builder Gel for the 3D elements — namely the dragon scales on two of the stiletto-shaped nails. And although Walker says the process took a whole day, we get to see it come together in just nine minutes.

In addition to the seemingly color-shifting scales, Walker painstakingly paints the Targaryen sigil ("We switched the colors for the manicure’s sake," Walker tells Allure), a weirwood tree, a three-eyed raven, the Stark sigil, the Lannister sigil, Viserion's eye, and a tribute to fire and ice on each pinkie.

There's only one downside to this manicure: With so many suspenseful scenes, you'd have to muster all of your willpower to not bite your amazing nails while watching all the remaining episodes.
