From Harper's BAZAAR

Tonight's penultimate episode of Game of Thrones – in which Daenerys Targaryen finally gives in to the curse of her family and goes insane, torching the entire city of King's Landing and burning hundreds of innocent civilians alive. With a body count that rivals The Red Wedding, "The Bells" descended into fiery carnage in a way that absolutely nobody could have seen coming.

Oh, except for Sansa Stark. Sansa absolutely saw this disaster coming a mile away, and has been telling anyone who will listen that Dany is a ticking time bomb. Amidst the deep trauma of tonight's episode, fans were living for the fact that Sansa's out here living her best life in Winterfell, probably doing her best not to scream "I've been SAYING" at the top of her lungs as the news from King's Landing arrived.

Just to recap, this is pretty much how things went down at King's Landing:

After the bells of surrender were sounded, Dany took it upon herself to exact vengeance for Missandei's execution and had Drogon set the whole place ablaze, taking down innocent civilians along with Cersei, Jaime, the Hound, the Mountain and more. Meanwhile, Twitter users were getting real creative imagining how Sansa was feeling back in the north.

To be honest, the only thing getting me through after this incredibly depressing episode is the thought of seeing Sansa one last time in next week's finale. I don't even know any more, guys. Here's Jaime Lannister holding a puppy because maybe we could all use it?
