Gal Gadot Visited Sick Children in Her Wonder Woman Costume
Gal Gadot is a superhero on-screen and off.
The actress donned her Wonder Woman costume to pay a surprise visit to sick children at the hospital on Friday, WUSA9 reports. Staff and patients alike at Inova Health in Northern Virginia - near where Gadot is filming the Wonder Woman sequel - were delighted to see her.
"Thank you @GalGadot for visiting us @InovaHealth Children’s Hospital," Dr. Lucas Collazo tweeted. "You are a true Wonder Woman. The kids loved it...and so did the staff #wonderwoman84"

Kelly Sahady, whose 7-month-old daughter Karalyne is battling cancer, told WUSA9, "I was in the room and I was talking to one of the doctors with my daughter in the middle of getting an IV antibiotic treatment and in walks Wonder Woman, fully costumed." The actress held and kissed the little girl.
After spending months in the hospital, "It was a real treat to have this happen," Sahady told the outlet. "Thank you. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to do this. You know we're fans for life now."
Patty Seo-Mayer, a pediatric nephrologist and self-proclaimed Gadot superfan, tweeted her appreciation for the visit - but made one small request to the actress.
"Dear @GalGadot- Thank you SO MUCH for visiting my patients and colleagues at #InovaChildrensHospital! Next time, can you align your visit with my call schedule?"
