Gabrielle Union has a new movie coming out this week called The Perfect Find and she’s plugging it in the most mic drop way possible: By showing off her toned booty.

The 50-year-old star casually dropped video of herself on Instagram strutting down a hallway in a thong bodysuit-dress combo with cut-outs that highlight her butt. The video is a total mood, with Gabrielle casually working her way down the hall with a long ponytail that she tosses behind her. She used the caption to talk about her new movie (out on Netflix on Friday), but people couldn’t stop obsessing over her booty in the comments.

“This lady is aging backwards 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥,” wrote one fan. “She IS KILLING IT🔥🔥🔥🔥,” another said.

Gabrielle apparently loves this dress, because she ~also~ shared photos and video of it a few days ago:

Gabrielle looks next-level toned right now. What’s she been up to in the fitness department? A lot, actually. The actress regularly drops photos and videos of herself on Instagram working out, sometimes alongside her retired NBA star husband Dwyane Wade.

Also in the mix? Pilates. “The great thing about Pilates is that I can take out my annoyance from waking up early on the machines instead of human beings," she previously told Women's Health. "It's for the greater good. My body responds to it, and I 'm also more clear."

Gabrielle does cardio intervals, too. “I like to mix it up so I don’t get anxiety staring at the treadmill," she told WH. "Cardio could be jumping jacks, running up my driveway, side shuffles like I used to do in basketball, an elliptical, treadmill, or sled pushes."

Foodwise, Gabrielle aims for a balanced diet. She shared video earlier this month of what she eats in a day, and it looks amazing. She started her day with a seasonal fruit platter, followed by a breakfast of gluten-free pancakes, mango, blueberry, thyme, and maple syrup.

Lunch was collard greens, shaved fennel, arugula, and apple in a salad with avocado, lemon, and a Champagne vinaigrette. For dinner, she enjoyed braised short ribs with a garlic cauliflower puree, roasted broccolini, heirloom carrots, and crispy sweet potatoes. (She jokingly was “caught” eating ice cream in a dark closet afterward.)

“My dream food is all food: Mexican, Indian, Italian, soul food. I just really like food,” she previously told WH.
