In this week’s episode of *Gabrielle Union Breaks The Internet,* the actress has once again left us speechless by posting another bikini photo to Instagram. In the stunning picture, Union is wearing a cheeky knitted bikini and posing to show off her seriously toned glutes.

She has taken out her braids and is glowing without a trace of makeup in sight. The America’s Got Talent judge looks relaxed as she and her family hit the beach in LA. "Sun’s out... #Agt’s out 🤷🏾♀️ See you tonight," she captioned the photo.

Of course, fans flooded the post with comments about how amazing Union looks. "Welll well well...SHUT IT DOWN THEN 🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍," one fan wrote, while another commented "I... I was not ready." Of course, there are endless comments throwing up "🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥" and of course, the viral #HotGirlSummer tag.

Same, Gab. Same. Though we can confirm that Union’s blessed with amazing genes, the actress and mom works hard to keep her figure toned with age. Yesterday, she shared the full body workout she does to keep her booty looking like... well... that.

Union started right away with kettlebell squats on two boxes, to help her get even an even deeper squat. She captioned the Instagram story, "Morning 🍑🍑🍑 work." This explains everything.

Next, Union worked out her shoulders with a machine, rotating with circles and then front-to-back. "Let’s goooo," she captioned the photo.

After that, it's back to lower body. Union performs lunges with a box, using a foot slider to get her back leg even deeper. Not only does this take incredible strength, but you also have to have balance and coordination to nail the move correctly. "I suck at these. Working to get a lot better," she captioned the pic.

Union follows the lunges with some shoulder work, using cables. This looks tough!

Then, it's back to legs. This time Union performs reverse lunges with a kettlebell at Heart & Hustle Gym.

Of course, no total-body workout is complete without some core work. Union performs a variation of a v-up, and this burns just looking at it.
