Fact: Gabrielle Union’s daughter Kaavia James is beyond adorable. So, when the 47-year-0ld actress posts photos of Kaavia on Instagram, she kinda-totally steals the show. It’s no different in a new series of swimsuit pics Gabrielle just posted, but it’s also impossible to miss the fact that Kaavia’s mama looks utterly amazing.

🥰🤣🥰🤣🥰🤣🥰🤣🥰🤣🥰," the L.A.'s Finest star captioned the photo series. In them, Gabrielle and Kaavia are hanging out in a pool in matching bathing suits (naturally). In the last one, Kaavia is riding her mom like a horse and stole her hat in the process.

While plenty of people commented on how adorable Kaavia is (because, Kaavia), others didn’t miss the fact that Gabrielle’s abs are totally bringing it. "🔥🔥🔥," wrote one fan. "Gorgeous girls," said another.

Of course, Gabrielle doesn't mess around with fitness. She recently shared on Instagram that she’s been filming workouts for Fit On, and they’re kind of amazing.

But when she’s not doing app workouts, Gabrielle told Women’s Health that she likes to do cardio intervals. "I like to mix it up so I don’t get anxiety staring at the treadmill," she said. "Cardio could be jumping jacks, running up my driveway, side shuffles like I used to do in basketball, an elliptical, treadmill, or sled pushes."

She also likes to whip out certain exercises on the reg, though. "There are some old faithfuls I’ve been doing my whole life: squats and lunges," she said. "They’ve never really failed."

And sometimes, it seems, she’s into having a good old fashioned dance party at home for her workout:
