FYI: Kroger Is Closed Today
Kroger supermarkets are all across the United States. So it makes sense that when you're looking for some last-minute Christmas items, or you're wanting to get your grocery shopping done before you have to head back to work, you'll be wanting to stop at a Kroger.
After all, the stores are known for having everything you need, from food to home goods to even a pharmacy. But since Christmas is a federal holiday and it just so happens to fall on a Sunday in 2023, there are a lot of stores that are closed.
Is Kroger open on Christmas Day 2023?
Kroger will not be open on December 25, 2023. It's actually the only holiday where all locations close their doors (so Kroger will be open on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day).
That means, you'll have to check out other grocery stores that will be open on Christmas Day this year, such as Safeway and ACME. But like every holiday, be sure to call your local shop beforehand to make sure they are operating with normal business hours. Many that are open will have limited hours and pharmacies are usually closed.
