Funny Cockatoo Who Barks Like a Dog Is the Gift That Keeps on Giving
If we had to guess, we'd say most dogs love to act as guards for their houses or even as the neighborhood watch. They're protective and will bark at just about anything that passes by the window. At least that's how our dogs are! And as it turns out, dogs aren't the only pets who bark.

O.M.G. How on earth this bird learned to bark like this is beyond us but we couldn't love it anymore! This TikToker asked in the caption if there is such a thing as a guard parrot. We wouldn't have thought it was possible, but after watching this video there is absolutely such a thing as a guard parrot and now we want one ourselves! LOL!
"Not my dogs barking at your attack parrot," said @rae_of_sunshine_. Right?! This Cockatoo's impersonation is so perfect that even our dogs started wondering where the barks were coming from. @betsylysa added, "So funny and lovely. Imagine being scared at night of the neighbor's dog only to find it's a parrot." HA! Heck, this Cockatoo is even scarier than a guard dog.
Another TikToker, @ashillycat888, commented, "She's a better watchdog than my Husky and I got the videos on here to prove it." SAME! This birdie wasn't going to stop for nothing. She'll keep barking for as long as it takes to protect the house. Sounds like she needs a raise!
