For ages 16 and older; youth must be accompanied by an adult. Walk led by birding experts Carol Winckler and Lynne Wiseman. This is a precursor to the Potomac Valley Audubon Society's annual "This Race is for the Birds" fundraiser. Wear sturdy footwear and bring water. Binoculars available. $15 per person (part of the annual fundraiser; PVAS members receive a 10% discount). Registration required. The Chewsville Lions Club is selling Vidalia sweet onions. A 5-pound bag is $8 and a 10-pound bag is $16.
