"I hope people stop for a moment and toast to you."
Friends, family, fellow chefs, and fans are celebrating the exceptional life of Anthony Bourdain today on what would have been the chef, writer, and travel host's 63rd birthday. Earlier this month, Boudain's close friends Eric Ripert and José Andrés, announced June 25, Tony's birthday, would be celebrated as "Bourdain Day." Ripert wrote, "Wherever U are & whoever UR with, join @chefjoseandres I & share your tributes & memories using #BourdainDay & wish Anthony Peace & Happy Birthday!"
Below, admirers of Tony share where they are eating and toasting to the chef as well as their fond memories with him.
John: "52 percent of registered voters said yes; only 35 percent said no". There is a 17 point gap, with the majority of Americans saying that Trump acted in his own self-interest. So what is the threshold for success? 65%? 75%? The media are being very subjective about this. They are all saying different things about whether Americans, not Congress, think that Trump should go down or not. Why can't they just say that they don't know?
