How to Make a French Onion Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Grilled cheese is probably my favorite comfort-food lunch. Just the thought of melted cheese in between slices of crusty bread is enough to distract me from my fall semester grades. And one of the coolest things about grilled cheese is you can easily reduce much fancier and elaborate meals to a simple sandwich: Just take their core ingredients and melt them together with cheese on compatible bread.

Alright enough talk, let’s get cooking.
